Intermittent Ball Mill Introduction:
The barrel of the intermittent ball mill is installed with ceramic,rubber and silica lining plate,and it has many benefits,
like even products size,energy conservation and saving electricity. Besides,it is suitable for both wet grinding and dry
grinding,and can self-control the size depending on the grinding time. Moreover,it is mainly suitable for mixing and
grinding of the general and special materials. And the user can choose an appropriate modle,linear plate and medium type,according to the specific desity and the hardness of the materials,even the productivity or other actual situations. Performance features:
1. When the diameter of the ball mill is less than 3200mm, its conventional configuration is using rolling
bearing instead of bush sliding bearing, energy saving 10% - 20%;
2. When the diameter of the ball mill is more than 2700mm, its conventional configuration is using slow
driving device for installing liner and maintenance;
3. When the diameter of the ball mill is less than 1500mm, its conventional configuration is monolithic large
chassis, then reduce installation requirements and shorten installation time.
4. About the intermittent ball mill, it process material in batch.
